TO PLACE AN ORDER
1. Please contact us by email or phone to order. We will quote your shipping charge.
2. We can accept major credit cards or an e-check payment through PAYPAL (www.paypal.com). We do not accept credit cards directly.

You may also send a cashier's check or money order directly to us. All checks are subject to verification, which may cause delay in processing.

3. When you place an order with us and choose PayPal, we will email you an invoice through PayPal. If you are paying by check, you will receive an emailed Wright Audio Invoice from us.

We understand this may not be the automated process which you may be used to. Due to the costs of our products, the shipping costs and to be sure you are selecting the correct component for compatibility with the rest of your audio system, we like to review your order information as well as check the billing - shipping information on every order.

4. Once you receive and pay your Wright Audio or PayPal invoice, we will ship your order promptly and provide you with a tracking number. No further action is needed on your part.

Delivery time to any of the 50 states or Puerto Rico is 1 to 6 business days. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.

We use Federal Express for our standard domestic shipping service. A signature will be required upon delivery. The driver will attempt to deliver up to three times. Please be sure someone is at your delivery address on the day of delivery.

For U.S. shipping addresses only
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any product purchased from us, just return it within 30 days of receipt in the original, new condition with all literature and packaging for a prompt exchange or refund. The tamper-proof Lifetime Warranty seals must be intact on the chassis. Shipping costs can not be refunded. Please inform us of your intention so we can issue you a return authorization number which is required.

The Wright Audio Ambience and Mini Speakers have a $15 hardware replacement and repacking fee.

All Items must be returned prepaid and fully insured. Items without a return authorization number shown on the package will be refused.

Refunds are issued to the same form of payment used in the original transaction.

We apologize, but due to shipping delays and complications from overseas, no returns are allowed.
