IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM OR QUESTION

Your product was designed for at least a lifetime of operation with ordinary common sense care and occasional tube replacement.  Please accord it with the same care as you would a fine camera.  However, damage can occur during shipping or in storage conditions where mechanical shock and extremes of temperature or humidity can render the unit faulty.  Neither of these exposures may be visible to the eye.

Your continued satisfaction with our products is extremely important to us.  We will be happy to answer your questions pertinent to the installation and operation of your unit.  Please feel free to contact us in the event of any difficulty and we will endeavor to provide prompt service.  If the problem cannot be resolved through our combined efforts, we may wish to authorize the return of your unit to us.

In the event the unit must be returned, an authorization number will be forwarded to you.  This number must be placed on the outside of the return box to identify it and avoid unnecessary delay.  Under no circumstances should your unit be shipped to Wright Audio without authorization.  Please pack it carefully in the original packing, if available.  If not, allow at least 3 inches of space all around between the product and the box.  All products should be double-boxed for shipping safely.

Ship prepaid via UPS or Fed Ex only.  Be sure to insure the shipment for the full original cost.  Collect shipments will not be accepted.

 


THE WRIGHT AUDIO SERVICE PROTECTION PLAN
Applicable to U.S. customers only.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
for
Specified Preamplifiers, Power Amplifiers and Integrated Amplifiers
(Effective January 1, 2011)

Wright Audio warrants, to the original purchaser, the above products to be free from defective material and workmanship when used in accordance with the instructions, with the exception of switches, which carry a 3-year warranty, and tubes, which carry a 90-day warranty.  As long as Wright Audio remains in business, we agree to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new part in exchange for any defective part of the unit, free of charge, including labor, provided the unit is delivered to Wright Audio with shipping prepaid.  Return shipping cost will be paid for by the customer.

Shipping Exception:  If a product is found to be defective by Wright Audio within a 6-MONTH period of the original purchase due to materials or workmanship,  Wright Audio will reimburse shipping from customers within the United States.  The amount reimbursed will be equal to the return shipping cost by Wright Audio via Fed Ex Ground.  Wright Audio will pay for the return shipping to the customer.

This warranty does not extend to any of our products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident or used in violation of the operating instructions.  The warranty does not extend to Power Amplifiers or Integrated Amplifiers if output tubes not specifically recommended by Wright Audio have been used, nor does it extend to any units opened by breaking the warranty seals,  MODIFIED or REPAIRED by anyone other than Wright Audio or our authorized agent. 

If a Wright Audio product requires service from an owner who has purchased the item used or has violated the Lifetime Warranty terms, we will provide full service at reasonable cost.

The warranty is limited to Wright Audio products noted above and excludes any consequential damage to other connected equipment which may result for any reason, from the use with Wright Audio products.
